Greetings, my name is Lisa and I’m so glad you have found me here! I believe that healing is an ongoing and loving dialogue that leads us to our true selves. I am here to walk alongside you on that path: listening with compassion, seeing you with tenderness, providing humor when I can, and being your curious companion as we navigate the road to you!

Lisa DiBello

APCC #16126

So far in my life journey, I’ve spent 25 years as a massage therapist, being with clients in a safe and sacred space as we work to silently listen to the story the body has to tell. My counseling work is strongly influenced by the belief that our bodies hold a profound wisdom that often remains untapped. Tuning in may require a practice of quieting the mind and of softening the places where we find resistance. We can do that by exploring thoughts and emotions, with movement, with sound, with imagery, and with spontaneous or choreographed creative experiences.

For five years, I lived in Asia, and studied Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing, China and Traditional Thai Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand. I am eternally grateful to all of my teachers that have passed on their wisdom and led me to where I am today. Much of my training is influenced by a Taoist philosophy, and of seeing our human experience as a microcosm of the macrocosm that is the Universe, the cosmos and the natural world

that surrounds us. The flow of Qi or energy exists in all of nature, and utilizing this great resource is our birthright. If you are seeking a way to utilize your inner wisdom and find insight into restrictions such as fear, anxiety, grief, shame, depression, life-transition, or interpersonal struggles, please connect with me at my website so we can set up an initial meeting.

I currently provide 50-minute tele-health sessions to individuals living anywhere in the State of California.

Blessings on your journey!

Lisa
