Welcome. I am so glad you are here. Being human can be rough. No one should feel like they are doing it alone. I am here to walk alongside you in your journey.

My Approach:

As a human, we are guaranteed pain and stress in our lifetime. Yet, perhaps one of the most creative invitations of all on offer is what we do with this suffering. You are not your suffering. By using the foundations of mindful awareness, embodiment, and connection, suffering can be transformed into strength, a deeper knowing of oneself, and a greater intimacy with life itself.

I specialize in somatic (body-based) psychotherapy with an emphases on meditation, relational healing, and intergenerational and systemic acknowledgement. In therapy with me, we will pay attention to more than just your verbal story. You will learn how to include the significant language of your body and how to listen to and respond to its profound signals. For those who see me in-person, safe, embodied touch is an option in our work together, which can deepen the potentiality of healing when coupled with talk therapy and when appropriate, with client approval, and according to my clinical judgment. Touch can be especially effective while treating developmental trauma, relational trauma, and preverbal attachment wounds.

I have worked with folks exploring:

Grief and life transitions

Anxiety and depression
Body image, body hatred, self-rejection
Intimacy, queerness, and gender identity
Ancestral, developmental, and systemic trauma
Lineage reclamation and soul retrieval
Polyamory and monogamy
Childhood and/or relational trauma

The complexities of thriving as a human being

Individuals, couples, and families are all welcome. I work with all ages, genders, identities, and ancestry.

I'd love to get to know you more. Please feel free to reach out and see if we'd be a good fit.
