Thank you for being here. Whether you are seeking help working through longstanding difficulties or adjusting to recent life transitions, I would be honored to play a supportive role in your journey. I believe that the capacities for both healing and growth are innate to each of us, and that the role of a good therapist is to help facilitate the flow of these natural processes.

My approach to therapy is experiential, mindfulness-based, and insight-oriented, taking inspiration from the existential, somatic, and psychodynamic traditions, in addition to contemporary models like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I am passionate about helping my clients explore the inner and outer processes that condition their experience of life as they seek out new opportunities to affect these patterns for the better. My priority is to assist you in fostering a renewed connection to the inherent vitality, openness, calm, and creativity that reside deep within each of us. Drawing on these inner resources, I will help you learn to offer healing and reconciliation to the parts of yourself that have come to feel alienated from these life-affirming qualities. In my work with couples and families, I aim to help you learn how to relate to one another from this grounded space in order to cultivate more balanced, loving, and harmonious relationships.
I offer individual, couples, and family therapy, both in Campbell and via telehealth throughout California.
