Thank you for being here. Whether you are seeking help working through longstanding difficulties or adjusting to recent life transitions, I would be honored to play a supportive role in your journey. I believe that the capacities to both heal and grow are innate to all of us, and that the role of a therapist is to help facilitate the flow of these organic processes. I work with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide range of issues, and in each case aim to help you show up to your challenges with full access to your greatest internal resources.

My approach to therapy is experiential, mindfulness-based, and insight-oriented, taking inspiration from the humanistic and psychodynamic traditions, as well as contemporary models like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am passionate about helping my clients explore the inner and outer patterns that condition their experience of life as they seek out new opportunities to affect these patterns for the better. My priority is to assist you in fostering a renewed connection to the inherent vitality, openness, calm, and creativity that reside deep within each of us. Drawing on these inner resources, I will help you learn to offer healing and reconciliation to the parts of yourself that have come to feel alienated from these life-affirming qualities. In my work with couples and families, I aim to help you learn how to relate to one another from this grounded space in order to cultivate more balanced, loving, and harmonious relationships.
