Spiral Process Therapy offers associates a private practice setting. We interview and select holistically oriented, introspected and professional associates to join our small batch team.

 

The role involves a self-determined assisted private practice structure, where the associates are supported in building their own caseload.  We will support the associates in building their website and other marketing strategies. We will feature our associates’ profiles on our team website, and offer occasional referrals. Associates can work at their own pace and create their own schedule. Associates will be provided with a professional Zoom account, digital charting with Sessions Health, options for in-person office use, and payroll services.

 

We offer a fair compensation depending on the hours worked and the fees that the associate sets for their clients. Upon getting licensed, clinicians would be able to retain their clients and carry them into their next career stages.
