Learning about who we are as individuals and in our relationships is an ever-evolving process. We oftentimes will find ourselves re-evaluating who we are and how we navigate the world around us. Cultivating awareness and insight can be a challenging and stressful time, despite the beauty of what happens in between. I believe the power of connection with others can offer support through those difficult experiences and is key for growth and healing.

My Approach:

Certain experiences in life can leave someone feeling uncertain about themselves, which can be a very raw and vulnerable state to be in. I meet people with a warm, down-to-earth approach that is relatable and authentic. My goal is to create an environment where personal exploration feels inviting. My style of therapy prioritizes meeting someone where they are at in this moment and joining alongside them as they learn how to tap into their inner wisdom. My passion lies in helping people recognize their worth through empathetic reflection and compassion. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan with unique needs. I take an integrative approach in my work blending somatic and mindfulness techniques, attachment-based approaches, person-centered and trauma-informed care tailored to a person’s goals in therapy.

I can support those experiencing:

  • Difficulty managing emotional dysregulation

  • Feelings of depression and/or anxiety

  • Adjustment/phase of life distress

  • Pregnancy and early parenthood

  • Addiction/substance abuse

  • Complexities in life that leave people questioning their self-worth
